The second death of the US airlines

Holman W. Jenkins, Jr. commenting in The Wall Street Journal of 18 June 2008 offers two solutions to the problems facing the US airline industry:

• Repeal the limit on foreign ownership.
  
• Admit ... anti trust laws don't have all the answers.
