New Zealand Emissions Trading Scheme covers transport fuels from today
It would be remiss of me not to note that from today, 1 July 2010, the New Zealand Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS) covers all domestic modes of transport, including aviation, that use liquid fossil fuels.
Thanks for the effort you took to expand upon this post so thoroughly. I look forward to future posts. There are various sea vessels involved in shipping to jamaica. It may include box boats or container ships, bulk carriers, tankers, ferries, cable layers, dredgers and barges.
Exempt on fuel for Int'l flights however! (In accor. w/ Kyoto)
